摘 要:目的:探讨自我管理教育对行干扰素治疗丙型肝炎(丙肝)患者的影响。方法:将60例适宜干扰素治疗丙肝患者随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,干预组住院期间给予自我管理教育;对照组只进行常规的治疗,不包括系统的指导内容。均追踪随访半年,评估患者的自我管理能力、对抗病毒治疗的依从性。结果:出院后6个月两组患者自我管理能力、对抗病毒治疗依从性均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:实施自我管理教育可提高行干扰素治疗丙肝患者的自我管理能力和对抗病毒治疗的依从性。Objective : To investigate the impact of self - management education on the self - management ability of hepatitis C patients treated with interferon injection. Methods : 60 hepatitis C patients who could be treated with interferon were randomly divided into an inter- vention group and a control group (30 cases in each group ). The patients in the intervention group received self - management education during hospitalization and the patients in the control group were only given conventional treatment. All patients were followed up for half a year, and then patients' self- management ability and antiviral treatment compliance were assessed. Results: After discharge for 6 months' self- management ability and antiviral treatment compliance of the patients were higher and better in the intervention group than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The implementation of self - management education can improve the patients' self management ability and antiviral treatment compliance in the treatment of hepatitis C patients with interferon injection.
