摘  要:以某125 MW汽轮机转子为研究对象,使用有限元软件ANSYS计算转子冷态启动下的温度场与应力场,通过改变加载条件,分析转子应力的主要影响因素.结果表明:在启动初始阶段热应力起主导作用,约占73%~78.9%;蒸汽压应力起到一定的抵消作用,约占0.6%~3.3%;离心应力约占23.4%~27.6%.其他应力可以忽略不计.在机组稳定阶段,离心力占据主要部分,约占51.2%~51.4%.Taking a 125 MW steam turbine rotor as the research object, ANSYS is used to calculate the temperature field and stress field during cold start. Then the main influence factors on stress of steam turbine rotor can be obtained by comparing calculation results under different conditions. The results show that the thermal stress in the initial stages is about 73 percent to 78.9 percent. And the pressure stress can partially offset the total stress during the start process and the percentage is about 0.6 percent to 3.3 percent. The centrifugal force is about 23.4 percent to 27.6 percent, and the other stress can all be ignored. In the stable stages, the centrifugal force occupies the main part, accounting for about 51.2 percent to 51.4 percent.
