摘　　要：马拉瓜丽体鱼(Cichlasoma managuense)水泥池人工繁殖与育苗技术试验结果表明:在网箱内培育的2龄亲鱼可在水泥池中自行配对产卵。雌鱼绝对产卵量为1 500～2 500粒/尾,相对产卵量500～800 ind/kg。受精卵为椭圆形,暗黄色,不透明,粘性,卵分散排列在巢穴中。试验期间,70对亲鱼中有52对自行配对产卵,产卵率为74.2%,受精率为92.6%。在水温27～30℃时,从受精卵到破膜时间为48 h±41min,出膜仔鱼全长(0.65±0.35)cm,孵化率为84.8%,共获初孵仔鱼40.1万尾。在水泥池中用小体积网箱进行苗种培育,经41～43 d的培育共获得3.0～5.0 cm鱼苗32.2万尾,育苗成活率达78.5%。Cichlasoma managuense were artificial propagated and bred in concrete pond, the result shows two years parent fish which cultured in net can pair and spawn initiatively. The absolute and relative fecundity of female fish were 1 500-2 500 eggs/fish and 500-800 ind/kg respectively. Fertilized eggs were laid dispersively in nest and are ellipse, dark yellow, non-transparent, sticky. There are 52 pair of fishes can pair and spawn initiatively in 70 pair of fishes. The spawning rate and fertilizing rate are 74.2% and 92.6% respectively. The total time from fertilization to hatching-out larva at the temperature 27-30℃, the length of larva that just hatching-out, the hatching rate and number of larva are 48 ±41 min, 0.65±0.35 mm, 84.8% and 401 thousand respectively. 322 thousand fishes that length from 3.0 cm to 5.0 cm are obtained after 41days to 43days cultured in small net laid in concrete pond.
