深圳某区涉外宾馆建设项目卫生学评价现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解深圳某区宾馆建设项目卫生学评价的现状及存在的问题。方法采用卫生学调查、卫生工程分析、检查表法,对36家宾馆进行建设项目卫生学评价。结果在选址设计阶段,有16家宾馆全部项目合格,合格率为44.5%,在工程竣工阶段,有34家宾馆全部项目合格,合格率为94.4%。结论经过卫生学评价,多数在选址设计阶段不合格的企业均能整改到位,减少了建设项目建成后可能出现的健康危害因素,并为卫生行政部门进行卫生审核提供了依据。Objective To look into the current situation and existing problems of the hygienic evaluation of hotel construction projects in a certain district in Shenzhen. Methods Carry out a hygienic evaluation on the construc tion projects of 36 hotels, using hygienic investigation, sanitary engineering analysis and checklist method. Results In the location design phase, 16 hotels got all their projects qualified, and the qualification rate is 44.5% ; in the project completion phase, 34 hotels got all their projects clusion After can rectify and projects and to qualified, and the qualification rate is 94.4%. Con the hygienic evaluation, most enterprises which have not been qualified in the location design phase modify the disqualified items to reduce the harmful factors provide a basis for the administrative department of public possibly appearing after the completion of health and their scrutiny.
