摘 要:为促进超声振动拉丝技术的实际应用,解决难拉拔材料的丝材加工问题,建立1套大功率超声振动拉丝实验系统,系统由超声波电源、换能器、变幅杆、传振杆、拉丝模、拉丝机等组成。通过对钛合金丝材未经预处理的直接拉拔实验,考察在实际拉丝加工过程中,超声振动对拉拔力和丝表面质量的影响。实验结果表明:当振幅达到一定值后,能使拉丝机的张力调节周期延长3倍以上,有效减少丝材的不均匀变形,使拉丝过程趋于稳定;当拉拔速度为670mm/s时,可使拉拔力减小近15%,改善丝材的表面质量。In order to carry out the practice application of wire drawing using ultrasonic vibration, and to solve the processing problem of the difficult-to-draw material, a set of experiment system on wire drawing using high power ultrasonic vibration is designed and built, which is composed of a ultrasonic power sup- ply, a transducer device, a die and a drawing machine, etc. Through directly drawing experiment of titani- um alloy wire without preprocessing, the effects of ultrasonic vibration for drawing force and surface quali- ty of wires are discussed in practice application of wire drawing process. The experiment result shows that when ultrasonic vibration amplitude was enough, the action effect of ultrasonic vibration is the best; it can effectively prolong tensile-regulation cycl~ of wire drawing machine more than three times. The ultrasonic vibration can reduce uneven deformation of wire and is benefitial to surface qualities. When drawing speed is 670mm/s, the reducing ratio of the drawing force caused by ultrasonic vibration is about 15% and the surface quality is improved.
