摘 要:以ZnSO4·7H2O和K3PO4·3H2O为原料,采用固相反应法合成磷酸锌钾纳米片,通过XRD、SEM和EDS等表征方法,考察原料摩尔比、研磨时间、保温温度和保温时间等因素对产物的产率、锌含量的影响,根据实验结果进行回归分析,建立了锌的含量、产物的产率与相关影响因素的关系模型,应用均匀设计和数据挖掘技术对两个数学模型优化处理,得到固相法合成磷酸锌钾纳米薄片的最优工艺条件。Nano-lamellar KZnPO4 was synthesized by solid-state reaction using K3PO4 ·3H2O and ZnSO4·H2O as reagents, and the corresponding product was characterized by X-ray Diffraction, scanning electron micrscope and energy disperse spectroscopy. The influence of molar ratio of raw materials, grinding time, keeping temperature, keeping time on yield and zinc content of the product were investigated. According to the experimental results, the relational models between the zinc, the yield of the product and related factors were established by regression analysis. The best technology conditions of synthesis can be obtained by optimization of the two models. The product corresponding to optimum technology is a nano-lamellar KZnPO4.
