摘　　要：图书馆免费为社会提供文化服务,这是天经地义的。但是,在保证馆内提供无偿服务的同时,把图书馆的部分闲置资源提供给文化产业,为国家增收,为文化企业降低成本,为自身发展提供资金,也是切实可行的,非常必要的。Library free of charge for the community to provide cultural services, it is perfectly justified. However, to ensure the museum at the same time to provide pro bono services, the library part of the idle re.sources available to the cultural indusa＇ies, national income, reduce costs, provide funds for their own development as a cultural enterprise, but also practical, very necessary.
