摘 要:为了筛选防除棉田扁秆藨草的理想药剂,采用正交设计试验对8种除草剂进行了田间药效试验。结果表明:在正交试验中欧特、苄嘧磺隆、草甘膦和灭草松按大田推荐使用量对扁秆藨草的防治起主导作用,药后30d处理2(10%草甘膦AS+10%五氟磺草胺EC+10.8%精喹禾灵AS+48%灭草松AS)、处理3(10%草甘膦AS+10%五氟磺草胺EC+10%吡嘧磺隆WP+30%苄嘧磺隆WP)和处理4(10%草甘膦AS+10.8%精喹禾灵AS+30%苄嘧磺隆WP+50%二氯喹啉酸WP+38%欧特WP)的防效均达80%以上。10%草甘膦AS、30%苄嘧磺隆WP、38%欧特WP和48%灭草松AS对扁秆藨草虽然防效显著,但对棉花有药害作用,故不宜直接喷施,可定向喷雾,药后45d挖取球茎,经水浸泡20d后发现处理2和处理3地上及地下部分均未萌发,因此选择合适的除草剂浓度及混配组合,为棉田中扁秆藨草的防治提供一定的参考依据。In order to screen effective herbicides against cotton field Scirpus planiculmis Fr. Schrnidt, field orthogonal experiments were conducted with eight foliar herbicides. The results indicated that oute,bensulfuron methyl,glyphosate and bentazone played a leading role in controlling Scirpus planiculrnis Fr. Schmidt based on the recommended field dosage. 30 days after herbicides application,the control efficacy of treatment 2 (10 % glyphosate AS+ 10 % penoxsulam EC+ 10.8 % quizalofop-p-ethyl AS+ 48 % bentazone AS), treatment 3 (10 % glyphosate AS+ 10 % penoxsulam EC+ 10 % Pyrazosulfuron WP + 30 % bensulfuron methyl WP) and treatment 4 ( 10 % glyphosate AS-l- 10.8 % quizalofop-p-ethyl AS+ 30 % bensulfuron methyl WP + 50 quincloracWP+38% oute WP) all reached above 80%. The control effect of 10% glyphosate AS,30% bensulfuron methyl WP, 38 % oute WP and 48 % bentazone AS was significant, but considering the injury effect on cotton, orientational spraying method was preferred instead of direct spraying method. 45 d after the treatment,corms were dug out and immersed in water for 20 d, the germination of the parts below and above ground was not found. Thus,suitable herbicide concentrations and mixtures pro- vide a certain reference for the control of cotton field Scirpus planiculmis Ft. Schrnidt.
