摘  要:为了明确光照对马铃薯甲虫生长发育的影响,采集自然种群进行光周期适应性研究。结果表明:当光照时数>12h时,个体数量存活时间随着光照时数增加而逐渐延长。置于10h光照和全黑暗条件下的马铃薯甲虫成虫在第20天以后存活率就低于80%,而光照22h时第45天存活率仍然达到86%;长光照下成虫日产卵量低于短光照条件;光周期对末龄幼虫化蛹率,羽化率影响不明显,但长光照条件下末龄幼虫化蛹时间更短。结论:长光照饲养能够延长马铃薯甲虫种群寿命,但短光照更有利于其产卵繁殖。In order to understand the effects of photoperiods on the growth and development of potato beetles, the natural populations were collected for photoperiod adaptive research. The results showed that : individual survival time gradually extended with light duration (above 12 h). The survival rate of potato beetles adult is lower than 80% in conditions of 10 L: 14 D and all the dark after 20 days,however the survival rate still reached 86% under the condition of 22 L:2 D after 45 days. The quantity of eggs laid by potato beetles adult per day in the condition of long light is less than short light. Photoperiod had no effect on the pupation rate and emergence rate, but potato beetles pupated much more quickly in the condition of long light. Conclusion:potato beetles have longer life time in the condition of long light, but the condition of short light is more beneficial for its laying eggs.
