犬子宫蓄脓的B超影像学诊断与病理学观察

摘　　要：对10例不同品种患病犬进行了临床症状检查、B超辅助诊断,对手术后切除的子宫取样后制作了病理切片进行了病理组织学观察,确诊为子宫蓄脓。结果表明:B超诊断、手术探查和病理切片诊断的结果一致,蓄脓病变的子宫主要是中性粒细胞增多,子宫腺体内炎性细胞浸润,子宫呈囊性增生。本研究对妊娠子宫和蓄脓子宫的B超声像图进行了比较,为子宫蓄脓疾病的B超临床诊断提供了参考依据。10 cases of canine of different species were investigated for clinical symptoms, B-mode ultrasound diagnosis and pathological uterine sections observation. Canine pyometra was identified. The results results of B ultrasonic diagnosis, surgical explorations and pathological section observation were consistent with each other. The performance of uterine lesions was greater than the neutrophils, the inflammatory cells of uterine glands were infiltrated, and the uterine was cystic hyperplasia. This paper compared the images of pregnancy uterine and pyometra uterus,which offered reference for clinical diagnosis of pyornetra dis- ease.
