瑞舒伐他汀对老年高血压伴高脂血症患者脉搏波传导速度和尿白蛋白/肌酐的影响(附92例分析)

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对老年高血压伴高脂血症患者脉搏波传导速度(cfPWV)和尿白蛋白/肌酐的影响。方法将92例老年高血压伴高脂血症患者随机分为两组,分别在常规治疗基础上加用辛伐他汀40mg/d或瑞舒伐他汀10mg/d。结果两组患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、cfP-WV和尿白蛋白/肌酐较治疗前均降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和肾小球滤过率估计值(eGFR)升高(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀可使老年高血压伴高脂血症患者脉搏波传导速度、尿白蛋白/肌酐下降。Objective To observe the effect of rosuvastatin on pulse wave velocity （cfPWV） and microalbuminuria in geriatric hypertensive patients with hyperlipemia. Methods Ninety-two hypertension patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into simvastatin group （simvastatin 40 mg/d on the basis of conventional drugs treatment） and rosuvastatin group （ro suvastatin 10 mg/d on the basis of conventional drugs treatment）. Results The levels of SBP, DBP, total cholesterol （TC）, low-density lipoprote in cholesterol （LDL-C）, triglyceride （TG）, cfPWV and microalbuminuria were decreased after treatment in the both two groups. In addition, the levels of high-density lipoprote in cholesterol （HDL C） and estimated glomerular fil- tration rate were increased after treatment in the both two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin can produce reduction of the levels of pulse wave velocity microalbuminuria and estimate glomerular filtration rate in geriatric hypertensive patients with hyperlipemia.
