连续自交对甘蓝型油菜主要农艺性状的影响

摘　　要：研究了4个甘蓝型油菜品系连续自交四代主要经济性状的变化。结果表明,自交对甘蓝型油菜主要经济性状有显著影响,株高、分枝部位、有效分枝数、主花序有效结角数、单株角果数及单株产量均随着自交世代的增加而减小。自交与主要经济性状之间的相关系数在-0.979～0.289之间变化,株高、分枝部位、单株角果数、单株产量等与自交世代数呈显著负相关,而千粒重和角果粒数受到的影响较小。In this experiment, four Brassica napus L. lines as the test materials, the changes of major economic traits were studied after four years selling, and the impact on Brassica napus L. by selfing were discussed. The results showed that selfing had significant impacts on the main economic characters of Brassica napus L. Plant height, branch height, effective branch, pods in the main inflorescence, pods of whole-plant and yield per plant were reduced as self-generations increased. The correlation coefficient between the major economic traits and selfing is from -0.979 to 0.289, and selling with plant height, branch height, the number of pods of whole-plant, yield and other traits was a significant negative correlation, while the impact on seeds per pods and 1 000-seed-weight was smaller.
