摘　　要：北营轧钢厂1780 mm热连轧自2007年12月投产以来,R2粗轧机主电机传动侧轴承座两侧止推轴承频繁烧损,主电机止推轴承频繁报警并联锁停机,严重影响正常生产,本文对粗轧机主电机止推轴承烧损的原因进行了分析研究,详细介绍了粗轧主电机止推轴承故障处理的过程,并采取了多种措施处理,目前R2粗轧机主电机运转正常,未再发生止推轴承烧损故障。Since the 1780mm hot-rolled strip mill of Beiying Company was put into use in December, 2007, frequent burning out of anti-thrust bearings in the main motor of R2 rough rolling mill leaded to interlocked alarm stop which seriously affected the normal production of the roiling mill. In this paper, the burning reasons fo the anti-thrust bearing in the main motor were analyzed, the handling process of the anti-thrust beating fault was introduced in details, and various measures were taken to guarantee the smooth running of the main motor of R2 rough rolling miller.
