摘 要:以聚四氢呋喃醚(PTMG)二醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,2-羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,通过自乳化方法初步合成了聚氨酯乳液。将乳液成膜,通过红外、热重、透射电镜、力学测试等对材料的化学组成与微观结构进行表征,进一步通过体外细胞实验对材料与细胞的相互作用进行评价。结果表明制备的水性聚氨酯乳液粒径均匀,热稳定性良好,具有一定的形状记忆功能,对细胞无毒性,相容性好,对细胞的生长繁殖几乎无影响,是一种具有广阔应用前景的生物材料。Based on polyether (PTMG1000), toluene-diisoeyanate (TDI) and dimethoxy acid (DMPA), a water- borne polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by self-emulsion method. The structure and properties of the sam- ple were investigated by ATR-IR, TG, TEM and mechanical test. The results revealed that urea linkage was formed by the reaction of isocyanates with hydroxyl; the samples synthesized had high thermal stability and a uniform distribution of particle size was achieved in waterbone polyurethane emulsion. It was also found that the waterborne polyurethane had a good shape memory function. Its cytotoxicity was also tested and the result showed that it had good cytocompatibiiity.
