摘  要:试验选择了4个外加剂厂家2种类型共8种缓凝高效减水剂和4种引气剂进行性能检验,并验证其与多家电厂I级粉煤灰的适应性,以优选出适用于工程需要且性能优良的缓凝高效减水剂和引气剂,解决某水利工程现有外加剂缓凝时间短、引气效果差,不能满足大坝碾压混凝土施工技术要求的问题。从外加剂组合对掺不同品种粉煤灰的碾压混凝土的拌和性能、力学性能以及抗冻性能的影响出发,探讨了外加剂与粉煤灰的适应性问题。The test selected eight kinds of retarding super-plasticizer and four kinds of air-entraining agent,which come from four different additives manufacturers,and tested their performance.In order to optimize the types of retarding super-plasticizer and air entraining agent,which need for engineering and has excellent performance,verified the compatibility with a number of power plant's grad I fly ash.So that,the types of retarding super-plasticizer and air entraining agent could solve the problems of a hydraulic existing admixtures can't meet technical requirements of roller compacted concrete (RCC)dam construction, such as, the admixture's retardation time is too short and the effect of air-entraining is poor. In addition, started from the influence of admixtures combination on mixing,mechanical and anti-freeze-thaw performance of RCC with different types of grad I fly ash,discussed the compatibility between concrete admixtures and fly ash.
