摘  要:劣质砂石料中的泥土成分对聚羧酸减水剂具有强烈的抑制效应。试验中发现几个不同地区的砂石料都在不同程度上对聚羧酸减水剂产生影响,表现为坍落度损失快,工作性能变差。经过XRD测试发现,砂石中泥成分主要为SiO2、长石类,云母类以及黏土类矿物等。通过对PCE-1的TOC测试得知,长石,高岭石和绢云母等对聚羧酸减水剂均具有很强的吸附作用。在胶砂流动度试验中,外掺泥土的拌合物的5、30、60 min的扩展度值均小于blank样,长石和绢云母具有较强的吸附作用,蒙脱石的吸附能力最强。Mud in the poor-quality sand has intense restrained effect to polycarboxylate superplasticizer.It's has been found that several sand from different regions has effect to polycarboxylate superplasticizer in varying degree through experiment,which performance is quick loss of slump,workability worsen.Through XRD it can be seen that the main compositions of the mud in sand are SiO2,feldspar,mica and clay.etc. Feldspar,kaolinite and serieite have intense adsorption effeet to polyearboxylate superplasticizer through the TOC test with PCE-1 we known.In test of fluidity of cement mortar, the all results of mortar with mud at 5 min, 30 min and 60 min are more than blank sample, feldspar and sericite have intense adsorption to polycarboxylate superplasticizer,turface has the greatest adsorption capacity.
