摘  要:在进行电能质量综合评估时,选用电压偏差等7个指标作为其评估指标体系,然后,通过多位专家应用层次分析法确定其指标权重,但是层次分析法确定权重时人为主观因素的影响较大,文中,运用灰色关联分析法避免多位专家意见不统一造成的权重分配错误,使评估过程更加科学合理;针对电能质量综合评估指标的不确定性,引入集对分析法,将各评估指标与评估标准组成一集对,建立了电能质量综合评估的模糊集对分析模型,实例结果验证了模糊集对分析进行电能质量评估的有效性。In the comprehensive evaluation of power quality,seven indices such as voltage deviation and so on are taken as the evaluation index system,then the experts decide the weights of indices by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).In view of the apparent influence of man-induced subjective factor during the weight decision by AHP,the grey relational analysis is applied to avoid the error in weight allocation due to disagreement expert opinions and make the evaluation process more reasonable.In allusion to the uncertainty in the comprehensive evaluation of power quality,the set pair analysis is introduced in;by means of composing a set pair of evaluation indices and criteria for evaluation,a fuzzy set pair analysis model for comprehensive evaluation of power quality is built.Evaluation results of a practical examples show that the fuzzy set pair analysis is effective in comprehensive evaluation of power quality.
