摘 要:提出一种局部电压稳定指标和动态经济压差法相结合的电压/无功分区调节新方法。首先利用局部电压稳定指标对系统负荷节点的电压稳定度进行排序;接着针对排完序的负荷节点划分电压/无功调节区,推导并采用局部电压稳定指标灵敏度计算调节区内各负荷节点间电压相互影响程度,根据节点间电压相互影响程度辨识区域内的电压/无功调节关键节点和非关键节点;然后借助动态经济压差法计算电压/无功调节关键节点无功补偿量;最后将所提方法应用于IEEE-14系统中,算例仿真结果验证了文中所提方法的可行性和有效性。A new method for partitioned regulation of power system voltage and reactive power based on the combination of local voltage stability index with dynamic economic voltage difference is proposed.Firstly,the local voltage stability index is used to sort the voltage stabilities of load nodes in the power system;then according to the result of sorted load nodes the regulated regions of voltage and reactive power are partitioned,and a new sensitivity of local voltage stability index is derived and applied to calculate the affection degrees among nodal voltages within the regulated regions,and according to the sensitivity of local voltage stability index the regulated critical nodes of voltage and reactive power within the region are indentified;finally by use of economic voltage difference the quantities of reactive power at the critical nodes are calculated.The proposed method is applied in IEEE 14-bus system and simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
