摘  要:以戊二醛、环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,用三乙烯四胺改性,由壳聚糖合成了一种新型的三乙烯四胺修饰交联壳聚糖微球(CRN)分离树脂,研究了不同条件下CRN对Cd2+的吸附性能。在pH6.0时,CRN能定量吸附溶液中的痕量Cd2+,其静态饱和吸附容量为31.0 mg/g。吸附在CRN上的Cd2+可用0.5 mol/L的H2SO4洗脱,用火焰原子吸收法测定洗脱液中Cd2+的含量。本法对Cd2+的检出限(3σ)为24.6 ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%(n=11,c=1.0μg/mL),加标回收率在97.3%~104.0%。该方法可用于矿渣中痕量镉的测定。A novel crosslinked chitosan resin(CRN) was synthesized from chitosan which was crosslinked with glutaraldehyde and chloromethyloxirane and then modified with triethylenetetramine(TETA).The adsorption performance of Cd2+ on CRN resin under different conditions were studied.Trace Cd2+ in solution was quantitatively adsorbed by CRN at pH6.0,and the capacity of static saturated adsorption was 31.0 mg/g.Cd2+ was completely eluted with 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 and the eluted Cd2+ was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The detection limit(3σ) was 24.6 ng/mL,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.1%(n=7,ρ=1.0 g/mL).The recoveries were 97.3%~104%.It has been applied to the determination of cadmium in slag samples with satisfactory results.
