摘　　要：通过科技金融内涵的界定和科技创新与科技金融相互作用分析,揭示科技创新与科技金融协同发展机理,构建科技创新与科技金融子系统有序度模型与复合系统协同度模型,并基于2000-2010年我国科技创新与科技金融发展数据进行实证分析。该模型具有一定普适性,可为国家及地方科技创新与科技金融协同发展提供科学方法与决策参考。Based on defining sci - tech finance connotation and analyzing the interaction between sci - tech innovation and sci - teeh finance, the paper reveals the synergetic development mechanism of sei - tech innovation and sci - teeh finance, and constructs their order degree models of subsystems and synergy degree model of the complex system, then makes empirical analysis on our country using the sci - teeh innovation and sci - tech finance data from 2000 to 2010. The model which has certain universality can provide scientific method and decision reference for the synergetic develop- ment of sci - teeh innovation and sci - teeh finance in our country and regions.
