摘  要:为了稳定混合料成分、提高成球率,鞍钢集团公司大孤山球团厂结合自身工艺特点,对影响混合料成分稳定性的因素进行了分析,采取了稳定磁铁矿与赤铁矿配比及膨润土和除尘灰掺入量等一系列措施,使成球质量和成球率得到了提高,成球率由59.6%提高到67.4%。In order to stabilize compositions of the mixture in pellet and improve the pelletizability,the factors on influencing the stability of compositions of the mixture are analyzed in consideration of its technology applied by Dagushan Pelletizing Plant of Angang Steel Group Co.,and thus both pelletizing index and pelletizing rate are improved and so the pelletizing rate is increased to 67.4% from 59.6% by taking such measures as stabilizing the ratio of magnetite to hematite and adjusting adding amount of bentonite and industrial dust.
