摘　　要：在社会工作介入社区特殊群体服务的运作模式上,政府、社区与社会工作服务机构三方应相互协作,提供社区特殊群体服务。专业社工针对社区特殊群体的服务需求,整合社区内外资源,综合运用社会工作专业技巧与方法开展服务,为社区特殊群体提供居家养老、儿童教育等服务项目。为保障社会工作介入社区特殊群体服务的良性运行,需要增强政府向社会工作服务机构购买服务流程的科学化与规范化;加强社会工作机构自身能力建设;培养社会工作者的专业胜任力;加强社区宣传和倡导,增强公众的信任感。In the operation mode of the social work intervention into the community special group service, the street, community and social work services three parties provide special group cooperation community service, professional and social work in community special group service demand, the integration of community resources, the integrated use of social work professional skills with the method to service for the community, to provide community special group of family endowment, community children＇s education and other services. To safeguard the social work in community service special group of benign operation, the need to promote the social work services to buy the service project is the flow of scientific and standardization; to strengthen social work institutions themselves ability construction; to cultivate social workers professional competence and responsibility; to strengthen the publicity and community advocates and the public＇s trust.
