摘 要:讨论了不同方法对改善紫外线吸收剂UV-234在防水透湿涂层胶中分散均匀性的影响,以及UV-234用量对防水透湿抗紫外性能的影响。结果表明:在含紫外线吸收剂的涂层胶中,加入1%分散剂DH-FL750进行2 300r/min高速搅拌10min,再进行超声波振荡10min后,进行涂层整理,同一涂层织物不同点的UPF值极差较小,相对极差为9.72%;随UV-234用量的增加,UPF值逐渐升高,耐水压变化不大,透湿量有所降低;当UV-234相对于涂层胶的用量1%时,采用合理的涂层整理工艺,织物的UPF值50+,透湿量4 329g/m2.24h,耐水压370mmH2O,具有良好的防水透湿和抗紫外线效果。This paper discusses the effect of different methods on improving the dispersion of ultraviolet absorber UV-234 in waterproof permeable coated adhesive as well as the influence of the dosage of UV-234 on the anti-UV waterproof permeable performance. The results show that if adding 1 % of dispersant DH-FL750 to the coated adhesive containing ultraviolet absorber, stirring for 10min at 2300 r/min and oscillating for 10 minutes with ultrasonic, when doing the coating finishing, the ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) value in different points on the same coated fabric varies little with the relative range of 9. 72%. With the increase of the content of UV-234, the UPF value gradually increases, the water pressure resistance has little change, and the moisture quantity reduces slightly when the dosage of UV-234 is 1% of the coated adhesive, the UPF value of fabric is 50+, the moisture quantity is 4329g/m^2·24h and the water pressure resistance is 370mm H20. It indicates that the fabric possesses good anti-UV waterproof and permeable performance by the reasonable coating finishing technology.
