摘  要:针对胜利油田稠油开采过程中常用的井筒举升降黏工艺的的缺点,在空心双管热流体密闭循环降黏工艺的基础上,研制出一种在空心杆与泵上油套环空密闭循环掺水的井筒举升降黏工艺。该工艺具有掺水量充足、热交换充分、循环系统独立等特点,在现场应用中取得了良好的井筒降黏效果,为稠油井井筒的高效举升开辟了新途径。Traditional borehole lifting and viscosity reduction process applied in the Shengli oilfield has its shortcomings.A new process has been developed based on the technique of closed circulation of hot fluid in hollow rod with double-tube.The new process circulates hot water in a closed loop between hollow rod and tubing-casing annulus.It has the characteristics of sufficient water mixing,sufficient heat exchange and independent circulation system.It has obtained good effect in field application,and opens up a new way for effective heavy oil borehole lifting.
