摘  要:钢铁企业在市场经济环境下需要不断完善员工的培训制度,当前企业的培训市场已经处于开放的状态,培训制度对培训质量会产生重要的影响,钢铁企业的培训质量对员工素质提的升具有很大的作用,同时也关系到企业培训部门自身的生存与发展。钢铁企业培训制度建设要在不同的历史条件和生产力状况下采取不同的方案,以提升培训质量,保证培训制度建设从新的科学技术出发,完善培训方案,提升培训整体水平,促使钢铁企业整体效益不断提升。Iron and steel enterprises need to constantly perfect their training system in the current economic environment. The current enterprise training market has been in an open state and training systems have an important influence on training quality. The training quality of iron and steel enterprises can not only greatly elevate staff quality, but influence the survival and development of the training department of enterprises. The training system construction of iron and steel enterprises should adopt different programs in different historical conditions and different productivity conditions to improve training quality, ensure new science and technology-based training system construction, perfect training programs, elevate overall training level and constantly increase the overall benefits of iron and steel enterprises.
