采用内嵌边界方法模拟错列管束的磨损

摘  要:采用内嵌边界方法,模拟研究了不同Stokes数St的煤灰颗粒穿过槽道中10×11错列不锈钢管束时的运动情况及其对管束的磨损规律.其中,流场与管束之间的耦合采用内嵌边界技术描述,颗粒的运动采用拉格朗日轨道模型求解.结果表明,不同St的颗粒有不同的运动特点,对管束造成的磨损也不同.第1排管束的平均磨损量在St=0.01,0.1时都较小,此后磨损量随着St的增大而增大.St=0.1时,第1排圆管的磨损量最小.靠近槽道壁面两列管束的平均磨损量大于中间管束,需加强防磨措施.The immersed boundary method was applied to investigate particle-laden flow passing a 10 ×11 staggered stainless tube bank in a duct at different Stokes numbers. The dispersion of coal ash particles and the tube erosion yielded by the flow were studied in detail. The interactions be- tween tubes and flow were simulated using the immersed boundary technique. The trajectories of the particles were tracked through the Lagrangian approach with two-way coupling. The results show that the particles at different Stokes numbers have quite different dispersion patterns, lead- ing to different tube erosion characteristics. Particles at larger Stokes number cause more erosion on the first row of tubes. However, only slight erosion occurs when St=0. 01 and 0. 1, and par- ticles cause the smallest erosion on the first row of tubes when St=0. 1. More attention should be paid to the anti-erosion of the tubes near the side wails where mass erosion is greater than that of the tubes in the middle.
