星状神经节阻滞配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察星状神经节阻滞配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病（CSA）的临床疗效。方法：将60例推动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组厦时照组，每组30例。治疗组给予星状神经节阻滞及推拿治疗，对照组给半导体激光及推拿治疗。于治疗前及治疗1个疗程后利用颧性眩晕症状与功能评估量表（ESCV）对两组患者眩晕和主要症状改善情况进行比较，井对其临床疗效进行比较。结果：治疗1疗程后两组的患者眩晕和主要症状较治疗前显著改善（P〈0．05），并且以治疗组的提高幅度较显著（P〈0O．05）。治疗组的疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：星状神经节阻滞配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病能迅速改善临床症状，具有显著的疗效。Objective：To investigate the effects of ganglion stellar block combined with massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type（CSA）. Methods： 60 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into two groups; treatment groups and control groups,each contained 30 patients. Patients in the treatment groups were treated with ganglion stellar block combined with massage. Patients in the control groups were treated with semiconductor laser combined with massage. Before treatment and alter 1 treatment course, Both groups were evaluated with evaluation scale for cervical vertigo （ESCV）, and compared the effects of treatment. Result： After 1 treatment course,the ESCV score in both groups were remarkably improved（ P〈0.05）, but the improvement in the treatment groups were more significant than in the control groups （P〈0.05）. compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect in treatment groups were significantly improved （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of CSA with ganglion stellar block combined with massage could improve clinical symptom rapidly, and the effects was remarkable.
