老年移位型股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：对老年移位型股骨颈骨折施行人工全髋关节置换术患者进行随访，讨论术后疗效，提供预后参考资料。方法：2007年1月-2011年5月，海洋石油总医院骨科对收治的33例有活力的认知功能良好的老年移位型股骨颈骨折（GardenⅢ-Ⅳ）患者施行人工全髋关节置换术，男9例，女24倒，年龄66-83岁，平均71．5岁。统计术后并发症，术后进行随访，统计死亡率、存活患者患髋功能恢复程度。结果：按Harris髋关节评分标准，术后优17例，良13例，可3例，疗效满意，预后良好。结论：对有活力的认知功能良好的老年移位型股骨颈骨折患者主张行人工全髋关节置换术，并发痘发生率低，术后随访髋关节功能恢复良好。Objective：An follow up study was done on senior patients with displaced femoral neck fracture who were treated with THA, discuss the effects of surgery and provide the references of prognosis. Methods：From January 2007 to May 2011 , 33 senior patients with femoral neck fracture（GardenⅢ-Ⅳ） accepted THA in the Orthopaedics department of the Cnooc general Hospital , There were 9 males 24 females with the mean age of 71.5 years（ranged 66-83 years ） , count complications after operation , followed up after operation , added up mortality and observed recovery of the hip function of survival patients. Result： According to Harris hip scoring system , there were 17 excellent cases .13 good case and 3 fair eases , the effect is satisfactory and the prognosis is good. Conclusion ： The senior patients who was active and no cognitive impairment with displaced femoral neck fracture should accept THA, the complication rate is lower, the follow-up result of the hip function after operation is good.
