主动服务在临床护理服务中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨再次服现役的临床护理中的应用。方法：树立“主动服务，移动服务”的概念，设置了“护士一护士负责的部分一管床护士”三级管理体系，制定服务的具体实施计划，并安排到具体的负责人在服务实施的有关义务进行前，后住院医院的满意度调查。结果：人护理服务的实施后，搬家服务，满意度比实施前显着升高，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。讨论：在临床护理活动，推出“主动服务，移动服务”可以更好地提高医院的病人满意度，提高医院的市场竞争力。Objective：To investigate the clinical care of active service again in the application. Methods：The sections establish the ＂active service, moving service＂concept, set up a ＂nurse - the nurse in charge - tube-bed nurses＂ three-tier management system, to develop service specific implementation plan and schedule to a specific person responsible for implementing the relevant obligations in the service be carried out before and after inpatient hospital satisfaction survey. Result：After the implementation of patient care services, moving services, satisfaction was significantly higher than before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Discussion： In clinical care activities, the introduction of＂active service, moving service＂can be better to improve patient satisfaction with the hospital, to improve the market competitiveness of the hospital
