摘 要:目的:探讨再次服现役的临床护理中的应用。方法:树立“主动服务,移动服务”的概念,设置了“护士一护士负责的部分一管床护士”三级管理体系,制定服务的具体实施计划,并安排到具体的负责人在服务实施的有关义务进行前,后住院医院的满意度调查。结果:人护理服务的实施后,搬家服务,满意度比实施前显着升高,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。讨论:在临床护理活动,推出“主动服务,移动服务”可以更好地提高医院的病人满意度,提高医院的市场竞争力。Objective:To investigate the clinical care of active service again in the application. Methods:The sections establish the "active service, moving service"concept, set up a "nurse - the nurse in charge - tube-bed nurses" three-tier management system, to develop service specific implementation plan and schedule to a specific person responsible for implementing the relevant obligations in the service be carried out before and after inpatient hospital satisfaction survey.
