摘  要:目的:探讨看图对话教育模式对提高2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性的效果。方法:选取2010年1月-2011年12月在我科住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例,采取便利取样的方法,将患者分为实验组和对照组各50例,两组采用不同的健康教育模式,对照组采用传统讲授的教育模式,实验组采用看图对话教育工具的模式,出院后随访1月,比较两组患者对提高治疗依从性的效果。结果:实验组的知识知晓率、主动监测血糖、胰岛素治疗依从性、饮食控制、规律运动均较对照组升高(P〈O.05)。结论:看图对话教育模式可有效提高自我管理意识,提高治疗依从性、控制血糖血脂、延缓并发症的发生。Objeetive:To investigate the the Figure dialogue mode of education to improve type 2 diabetes treatment compliance results. Methods: 100 eases of type 2 diabetic patients hospitalized in our department from January 2010 to 2011 in December,a convenience sampling approach,patients were divided into experi- mental group and control group 50 cases,two groups with different healtheducation mode,the control group using the traditional mode of education Uaught,the ex- perimental group, the pattern of Figure dialogue educational tool, follow--up after discharge in January, the two groups were compared to improve the effect of treat- ment compliance. Result:The awareness of the knowledge of the experimental group, active monitoring blood glucose,insulin therapy compliance, diet control, regular exerdse than the control group increased (P d0.05). Conclusion: Figure dialogue mode of education to improve self--management awareness, improve treatment compliance,control of blood glucose and lipids,and delay the occurrence of complications.
