帕利哌酮缓释片对精神分裂症患者社会功能和生活质量影响

摘　　要：目的探讨帕利哌酮缓释片对精神分裂症患者社会功能和生活质量的影响,为临床应用和干预提供参考。方法双盲对照研究。140例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象被随机分配到实验组和对照组,实验组给予帕利哌酮治疗,对照组给予齐拉西酮治疗,观察8周。结果①两组在治疗后生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)评分均有显著性提高(P<0.01),治疗后,帕利哌酮组生活质量综合评定量表各因子得分和总分均显著高于齐拉西酮组(P<0.05)。③两组在治疗后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分均有显著性下降(P<0.01),治疗后,帕利哌酮组PANSS评分显著低于齐拉西酮组(P<0.05)。③副反应量表(TESS)显示,两组均未发生严重副反应,两组不良反应无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论帕利哌酮缓释片的疗效和改善精神分裂症患者生活质量和社会功能优于齐拉西酮(P<0.05)。OBJECTIVE To investige the influence of paliperidone extended-release tablets on the social function and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia to provide reference for its clinical application. METHODS Double-blind controlled study design was adopted. 140 Patients were randomly assigned to study group to receive paliperidone extended-release tablets （70 patients） or con- trol group to receive ziprasidone （70 patients） for 8 weeks. RESULTS The Overall Quality Of Life Rating Scale （GQOLI-74） scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The GQOLI-74 factor scores and total scores of paliperidone group were significantly higher than those of ziprasidone group （P 〈 0, 05 ）. After treatment,the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） scores of both groups were decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The PANSS scores of paliperidone group were significantly lower than those of ziprasidone group （P 〈0. 05）. Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）showed that both groups had no serious side effects with no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION Paliperidone extended-release tablets have better efficacy than ziprasidone and can improve the quality of life and social function in patients with schizophrenia （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.
