门户地区县域经济发展战略研究——以青海省民和县为例

摘　　要：在阐明门户地区内涵的基础上,以青海省民和县为例,分析了门户地区县域经济体的区位特征,指出了门户地区县域经济发展的意义。结合民和县实际情况,详细论述了门户地区县域经济发展的基本思路,包括以制度创新吸引外部生产要素流入和以园区建设构筑产业成长空间载体两方面,随后阐明了民和县产业发展重点,包括特色工业、生态农业和商贸旅游业。最后,基于县域交通系统和资源分布特征,提出了全县产业布局的"工"字形结构。After illustrating the meaning of gateway region, this paper analyzes the location characteristic of gateway region taking Min - he County as an example, and then points out the significance of economic development in county area of that region. Based on the county＇ s facts, the author puts forward the basic developing route which includes attracting external factors of production by system innovation and building industrial park to meeting the enterprises＇ growth. Consequently, the strategy emphases are given consists of featured industry, ecological agriculture, commerce and tourism. At last, this paper brings forward the spatial structure of industrial layout according to the traffic system and natural resource distribu- tion.
