摘　　要：国内从2001年开始行为经济学的中国经济与管理行为情境化研究,本文对该领域的研究成果进行梳理,主要涉及的领域包括国内金融、消费、公司治理以及政府管理等。每个领域都按照两条线索展开:其一为应用已有的行为经济学理论解释中国经济和管理行为,以期获得不同的解释结论,并得到良好的建议;其二是以中国的经济和管理行为为实验背景来检验已有的行为经济学相关结论是否在中国具有通用性。In China, contextualization research of Chinese economics and managing behavior on Behavioral economics be- gan from 2001. This article hackles the achievements of the research in this field, covering national finance, consumption, company management and government administration, etc. Each field develops from two clues： one is to apply the existed theory of behavioral economics to explain Chinese economics and managing behavior, in order to obtain various explanation conclusion as well as good suggestions. The other is to test whether the related theories of behavioral economics can be used universally in China on the experimental background of Chinese economics and managing behavior.
