适合广东经济发展战略的科技中介运行模式分析——《广东省十二五规划纲要》科技视角解读

摘　　要：随着科技产业和技术市场的兴起,科学技术成为生产要素进入市场。科技中介在改善创新环境、整合创新要素、推动技术转移和转化、降低交易成本、提高技术创新能力等方面起着不可替代的作用。通过比较官方型、半官方型、民间型三类科技中介机构的特征,结合广东省"十二五"规划提出的战略性产业发展、区域发展、对外合作和"两型社会"建设四个层面战略进行分析,得出在促进战略性产业发展方面适合选用官方型、在区域发展和对外合作方面适合选用民间型、在"两型社会"建设方面适合选用半官方型科技中介服务机构的结论。With the spring up of science and technology industry and market of technology, science and technology become essential factors of production into the market. Service plays an irreplaceable role in improving the innovation environment, integration of innovation elements, promoting technology transfer and transformation, reducing transaction costs, improving the ability of technological innovation. Through comparison of technology and science intermediary institutions＇ features a- mong the official type, semi - official type, and civil type , combination with the strategic industry development, regional development, external cooperation and construction of two types society proposed by Guangdong Twelfth five plan, we reach conclusions that selection official type is suitable for promoting strategic industry development, civil type for regional devel- opment and external cooperation and semi - official type for construction of two types society.
