肢体旋转性撕脱性离断伤再植术后的护理体会

摘　　要：目的通过对显微外科肢体离断伤再植手术后采用系统的专科护理,强化基础护理和心理护理,探讨系统的基础护理和心理护理对患者恢复效果的影响。方法对2005年1月～2012年3月断肢再植50例,术后予以系统的专科护理、基础护理和心理护理,进行系统性回顾性分析,总结临床经验。结果 50例患者护理质量优良,再植肢体全部成活,无一例发生并发症,均康复出院。结论在掌握专科护理的同时,系统的基础护理和心理护理对促进患者的整体和全面康复有积极有效的效果。Objective To investigate the effects of nursing（systematic primary care,extensive psychological care and specialist care） on the recovery of limb replantation microsurgery patients.Methods Systematic retrospective analysis was carried out and clinical experience was summarized on 50 cases of limb replantation,in which primary care,specialist care and psychological nursing were applied after the operations from January 2005 to March 2012.Results All the 50 cases were rated as excellent for patient care quality,all the replanted limbs survived with no any complication,and all the patients were recovered well and were discharged.Conclusion On the top of replantation microsurgery specialist care,primary and psychological nursing cares could effectively enhance the overall and comprehensive recovery and rehabilitations of patients.
