摘  要:目的比较不同糖耐量者其骨钙素(OC)水平并探讨骨钙素与各代谢相关指标的相关性。方法根据WHO1999年诊断标准,收集门诊及住院患者,其中正常糖耐量组(NGT)13人、空腹血糖调节受损组(IFG)10人、新诊断的2型糖尿病(T2DM)29人,ELISA法测定骨钙素水平并采集相关的生化参数,不同组别间的OC比较采用单因素方差分析,BMI、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、HbA1c及HOMA-IR与OC的相关性采用Person相关分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者其OC水平较NGT及IFG患者其OC水平明显降低,其浓度从NGT到IFG再到T2DM逐渐降低。相关分析表明OC与FBG、HbA1C、HOMA-IR、TC、LDL-C成负相关,有统计学意义(P<0.05);OC与BMI、INS、TG、HDL-C无相关关系,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨钙素不仅与糖代谢有关而且与脂代谢有关。Objective a bone-derived protein,has recently been reported to affect energy metabolism. We investigated the level of osteocalcin under different glucose tolerance and the relationship between serum osteocalcin and parameters of adiposity,glucose tolerance,and lipid profile with different glucose tolerance. Methods Serum osteocalcin was measured by ELISA and biochemical characteristics were collected in Normal Glucose (NGT) 13 people, Impaired Fasting Glucose (IFG)10 people, a new-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) 29. Their associations with parameters of adiposity,glucose tolerance,and lipid profile were examined. Results There was a significant reduction in osteocalcin levels among T2DM compared with NGT and IFG. After adjusted for age,insulin levels the significant also exist. The levels of osteocalcin decreased gradually from NGT to IFG to new-diagnosed T2DM. In addition,osteocalcin levels were inversely correlated with fasting blood glucose, H bAlc, HOMA-IR TC, LDL-C (P〈0.05). There were no statistically significant between osteocalcin and BMI,fasting insulin,TG, HDL-C (P〉0.05). Conclusion Serum osteocalcin was closely associated with not only glucose metabolism but also with lipid metabolism.
