摘　　要：为提高我军装备维修保障管理法规体系建设的科学化水平，深入分析了我军现行装备维修保障管理法规体系存在的问题，提出了构建我军装备维修保障管理法规体系的目标和原则。在此基础上，构建了我军装备维修保障管理法规体系结构。In order to make the equipment maintenance law support practice, many existing questions are analyzed thro ment maintenance support law thoroughly.
