摘　　要：为提高装备定型试验风险意识与风险管理水平，保证装备定型试验任务顺利实施，对装备定型试验风险源及风险产生因素进行了研究。分析了国内外装备试验风险管理现状，梳理了装备定型试验过程，按照过程方法对试验准备阶段、实施阶段、数据处理阶段、试验总结阶段的风险因素进行了识别。在此基础上，提出了加强装备定型试验风险管理的措施与建议。In order to improve the risk awareness and risk management of equipment approval test, and to ensure the successful conduction of equipment approval test, the paper studies the sources and factors of the risks that arise in equipment approval test. The current situations of risk manage- ment in equipment approval test both domestic and abroad are analyzed, the process of equipment approval test is scrutinized, and the risk factors arising in the preparation stage, the conduction stage, the date processing stage and the summery stage of the tests are separately identified. Based on this, the paper puts forward measures and suggestions concerning the risk management of equipment approval test.
