摘　　要：轻质墙体质量问题已经成为现在建筑业的头号难题，不论是工程建筑还是民用建筑，墙面基本上都会出现或轻或重等不同程度上的抹灰裂缝，空鼓等情况，可以说是工程建筑业的质量通病。因为房屋墙体的质量问题不仅严重影响到建筑的美观，更重要的是用户评判建筑水平，质量，安全的一个最直接，最具有感官影响力的因素。伴随着这一通病的出现，用户对建筑施工方造成严重不满和怀疑，甚至出现了很多的纠纷，投诉和官司。所以如何让预防和根治这一质量通病，成为现在所有工程现场施工工程技术管理人员的值得思考的问题。the wall of light quality issue has become the modern construction industry the number one problem, whether constructmn or civil building, wall basically will appear or light or heavy, varying degrees of cracks in plaster, such as hollowing, may say is the engineering construction quality common fault. Because the wall of the housing quality problems not only seriously affect the construction of beautiful, more important is the user evaluation of construction level, quality, safety is one of the most direct, most sensory influence factors. With this fault appears, the user on the construction method of causing serious dissatisfaction and suspicion, and even appeared many disputes, complaints and lawsuits. So how to prevent and cure the common quality problem, become now all engineering construction engineering and technology management question.
