摘　　要：施工合同是建设单位与施工单位之间的最高行为准则,更是工程造价管理的重要指导文件,施工阶段造价控制也是施工合同管理的一个重要组成部分,二者之间存在密切关系.规范、全面、严谨的施工合同对整个建筑工程施工过程造价管理起到至关重要的作用.The construction contract management is a legal document required for the common obeyance performance of the contractor and employer.
