芪斛楂颗粒治疗儿童营养不良合并反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪斛楂颗粒对儿童营养不良合并反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的疗效。方法将78例营养不良(其中轻度54例,中度24例)合并RRI患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例,对照组给予一般对症治疗,治疗组在一般对症治疗的基础上加用芪斛楂颗粒口服,观察两组临床疗效和血清IgA、IgG、IgM的变化。结果治疗组总有效率87.17%,对照组总有效率48.71%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组血清IgA、IgG、IgM治疗后较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而对照组治疗前后血清IgA、IgG、IgM无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论芪斛楂颗粒治疗儿童营养不良合并RRI有较好疗效,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Qihuzha granule on malnutrition with recurrent respiratary infections（RRI） in children.Methods 78 patients with malnutrition and recurrent respiratory infections were randomly divided into treatment group（n=39） and control group（n=39）.The control group accept normal treatment.The treatment group with treated normal treatment combined with Qihuzha granule.The clinical curative effect,serum IgA、IgG、IgM leves were observed.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 87.17%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 48.71%.In the treatment group,after the treatment of the patients serum IgA IgG IgM levels were significantly raised than before the treatment（P〈0.05）,while they were unchanged in the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of Qihuzha granular in the treatment of malnutrition with RRI in children is significant,and is worth popularizing in clinic.
