高尿酸血症与糖尿病之间相关因素的分析研究

摘　　要：目的调查体检人群的病史、身体指标、生化指标等因素与人群高尿酸血症(HUA)及HUA合并糖尿病(DM)的相关情况。方法调查2010年～2011年四川大学华西医院健康检查中心体检的成年受检者的疾病史、一般身体指标、生化指标及上腹部彩超。随机抽取1320例按尿酸及血糖水平分为正常组、单纯HUA组及HUA合并DM组,对三组进行相关因素分析。结果多因素多分类Logistic回归模型显示体重指数、收缩压、高甘油三酯、血肌酐、胱抑素C与HUA及HUA并发DM的发病危险性升高相关,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)为两种疾病的保护性因素。结论 HUA在DM中发挥着重要的作用,两种疾病相互影响,应针对HUA和DM之间的相关因素,采取相应的措施,达到最佳防治的效果。Objective To investigate and analyse the correlative factors of hyperuricemia（HUA） and HUA combined with diametes（DM） factors.Methods The disease history were investigated,the general physical data were measured,the biochemical index were detected,upper abdominal ultrasonographic examination were undertaken in 36000 adults aged over 18 who did health examinations in the Health Examination Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2010 to 2011.1320 persons was random sampled with the levers of serum uric acid and fasting plasma glucose.1320 persons were divided into normal group,HUA group,HUA and DM group.Results Multiple stepwise by multinomial Logistic regression model showed that BM I,systolic blood pressure,high triglycerides,serum creatinine,serum cystatin C were the risk factors of HUA and DM.However,HDL-C was confirmed to be protective factors to the two different diseases.Conclusion HUA plays an important role in the incidence of DM.The two different diseases influence each other.We should take corresponding measures according to the relevant factors between HUA and DM,in order to achieve the effect of prevention and treatment.
