成人肱骨远端骨折术后肘关节功能个性化康复治疗

摘　　要：[目的]研究成人肱骨远端骨折术后通过骨科运动康复安全评定表制定个性化康复运动处方的疗效。[方法]随访2008年5月～2010年5月肱骨远端骨折103例采取手术治疗的患者。其中对照组50例,术后采取固定、传统康复等常规治疗;康复组53例,根据骨科运动康复安全评定表制定个性化康复运动处方进行康复治疗。对其进行随访问卷调查,X线片检查,并采用Mayo肘关节功能评分分别评估术后1、3、6个月的肘关节功能。[结果]随访时间1年。按照Mayo评分,康复组肘关节功能优良率术后1、3、6个月分别为85%、91%、94%,均显著高于对照组的76%、82%、88%(P<0.05)。[结论]根据骨科运动康复安全评定表制定个性化康复运动处方进行康复治疗对成人肱骨远端骨折术后肘关节功能恢复安全、有效。[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of individualized exercises rehabilitation after operative treatment of distal humeral fractures. [ Method] A total of 103 patients with of distal humeral fractures from May 2008 to May 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. In control group,50 patients received traditional rehabilitation. In rehabilitation group,53 patients received individualized rehabilitation exercises guided by Safety Assessment for Orthopedic Rehabilitation. All patients were followed up and received X-ray examination. Mayo was used to assess the elbow function at 1,3,6 months after surgery. [ Result ] All patients were followed up for one year. According to Mayo scoring system, the good to excellent results of elbow joint at 1,3,6 months postoperatively in rehabilitation group were 85 %, 91% and 94 %, significantly higher than 76%, 82 % and 88 % in control group （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion]Individualized exercises rehabilitation guided by Safety Assessment for Orthopedic Rehabilitation is a safe and effective method for elbow function recovery of patients after operative treatment of distal humeral fractures.
