摘　　要：建设都市型现代农业是天津市现代农业发展的战略定位。本文从天津市现代农业产后领域的发展要求出发,分析了天津市现代农业对人才需求的空间,具体阐述了现代农业产后领域的发展对人才的需求类型,并进行了相关需求预测。It＇s the strategic positioning for the development of modem agriculture to construct the urban and modem agriculture in Tianjin. From the requirements of modem post-harvest agriculture in Tianjin, it is analyzed the spaces of talent demands in Tianjin modem agriculture. In addition, it is expounded the talent demand types according to the development of modem post-harvest agriculture. Also, it is forecasted the related requirements.
