摘  要:目的探索糖尿病教育在糖尿病足进展中的作用。方法 80例病人随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组进行系统的糖尿病知识学习、考试,跟踪其血糖、重要生化指标及血常规等,观察两年间相关指标的变化及临床进展,对照组40例按常规法进行一般讲解,不进行系统的糖尿病知识教育。结果观察结束时,试验组糖化血红蛋白6.6±1.3(10.9±2.5)(括号内为对照组,后同);总胆固醇5.0±1.3(5.5±1.4)、甘油三酯2.0±1.6(2.4±1.6)及低密度脂蛋白3.3±1.1(3.8±1.5)有明显下降,高密度脂蛋白1.4±0.8(1.1±0.8)升高;血清白蛋白38.0±5.9(30.0±4.2)、血红蛋白121.4±11.9(115.4±11.2)升高,C反应蛋白9.2±4.6(11.3±5.4)和白细胞计数6.19±3.58(7.20±3.56)下降;试验组的再次截肢率2.5%(10%),各项指标与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论让患者掌握一定的糖尿病知识是控制糖代谢、脂代谢等行之有效的方法,能有效地阻止糖尿病足的进展。Objective To explore the role of the diabetes education in progress of diabetic foot.Methods 80 cases were divided randomly into experimental and control groups(40 cases in each group).After learning systemic diabetes knowledge and pass the exam,the blood sugar,biochemical indexes,blood route indexes,etc.in the experimental group were observed for two years.However,the 40 cases in the control group did not receive systematic diabetes education.Results At the end of the study,in the experimental group,the mean of the HBA1C(%) was 6.6±1.3(10.9±2.5)(the control group′s was in brackets);TC 5.0±1.3(5.5±1.4),TG 2.0±1.6(2.4±1.6),LDL-c3.3±1.1(3.8±1.5)declined distinctly.HDL1.4±0.8(1.1 ±0.8)rose.The serum albumin 38.0±5.9(30.0±4.2) and Hemoglobin121.4±11.9(115.4±11.2)rose.The C-reactive protein 9.2±4.6(11.3±5.4) and white blood cell count 6.19±3.58(7.20±3.56) declined.The amputation rate was 2.5%(10%).There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion It was an effective for the patients to learn diabetes knowledge to control blood sugar,blood lipid and prevent the deterioration of the diabetic foot.
