摘 要:目的探讨二氢杨梅素(Dihydromyricetin,DMY)对顺铂(Cisplatin,CIS)致肾损伤的保护作用。方法将昆明种小鼠(小鼠)分为生理盐水对照组(CK组)、100 mg/kg.d-1二氢杨梅素组(DMY组)、2 mg/kg.d-1顺铂组(CIS组)、2 mg/kg.d-1顺铂+100 mg/kg.d-1二氢杨梅素组(联合组),实验第24 d,测定小鼠体重变化、肾脏指数(KI)、尿素氮(BUN)及肌酐(CRE)水平、肾脏组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与CK组相比,DMY组小鼠体重前期无明显差异,后期有明显下降,KI、BUN、CRE及MDA均无显著差异;CIS组及联合给药组小鼠体重及KI显著下降,BUN、CRE及MDA均显著增加。与CIS组相比,联合组小鼠体重前期无明显差异,后期显著增加,KI有一定增加,而BUN、CRE及MDA显著降低。结论在活体条件下DMY对小鼠CIS引起的肾损伤具有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与DMY增强小鼠肾脏组织抗氧化能力有关。Objective To study the protective effect of dihydromyricetin(DMY) on the kidney injury of cisplatin(CIS).Methods Mice were divided into control group(CK),100 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 DMY group,2 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 CIS group,2 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 CIS+100 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 DMY group(joint group).After 24 days,mice weight change,kidney index(KI),BUN and CRE levels,and MDA content in the kidney tissues were determined.Results Compared with the CK group,in DMY group mice body weight had no significant difference in early stage,which was true of KI,BUN,CRE and MDA,but in late stage of experiment mice body weight decreased significantly;CIS group and joint group,mice body weight and KI decreased significantly,BUN,CRE and MDA were significantly increased.Compared with CIS group,in joint group mice body weight had no significant difference in early stage,but increased notably in late stage of experiment.In addition,joint group KI had a certain increase,while BUN,CRE and MDA were significantly decreased,compared with CIS group.Conclusion In vivo DMY has a certain protective effect on CIS kidney injury,which may be associated with that DMY increases anti-oxidative capability of mice kidney tissue.
