摘 要:针对当前工业监控系统等光电成像设备中越来越多的采用自动光圈作为调光方法,根据自动光圈控制原理设计了一种自动光圈控制电路,该电路具有结构简单、成本低和可靠性高等特点,通过实验验证,设计的电路能够满足光圈根据外界光照度的变化,快速自动调节大小的要求,保证镜头中进入合适的光通量,避免了图像在亮背景下灰度层次的损失,解决了因光线强弱变化造成显示器图像闪烁的现象,能够使CCD适应外界景物亮度变化,获得最佳的画面效果。In view of the fact that automatic aperture technique is applied as a method of reg ulating light in the current industrial monitoring and control systems more and more, an automat ic aperture control circuit is designed according to automatic aperture control principle. The cir cuit has the characteristics of the simple structure, low cost and high reliability and etc. It has been proved by experiments that the circuit can adjust the size of aperture automatically according to the change of the external illumination, which ensures proper luminous flux entering the lens, and avoids the loss of image gray levels in bright space, and solves the image flicker caused by the change of light intensity, ensures the CCD get used to brightness changes of scenery outside and obtain the best image.
