摘  要:高拱坝泄洪消能的特点是坝高落差大 ,流量大 ,功率大 ,位于河谷狭窄地区 ,泄洪消能与防冲问题突出 .经科学研究 ,采用“分散泄洪 ,削弱水流冲击力 ,加固河床 ,增强河道抗冲能力”的综合治理措施 ,较好地解决泄洪消能布置问题 .提出了表孔大差动坎加分流齿、双层多孔、水流撞击、下设水垫塘联合消能的典型布置方案 ,经实践证明 ,方案可靠 ,消能效果好 .For high arch dams in valleys with the characteristics of high water head,large discharge and large power,the problems of energy dissipation and scour prevention are serious.Based on scientific studies,new comprehensive measures are proposed,including dispersion of discharge to waken wallop of the current,and reinforcement of riverbed to enhance the erosion resistance.The measures can be used to solve the problem of energy dissipation properly.A typical layout scheme has been proposed in which slotted bucket with diversion teeth,double deck with pores,and cushion pool are considered practice has proved that the scheme is reliable and the effect of energy dissipation is obvious.
