摘　　要：介绍了硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)在油田污水中的生长特性,综述了硫酸盐还原菌检测技术的研究新进展,分析比较了各种检测技术的优缺点。为选择更有效的检测方法提供了依据,也为进一步完善检测技术指明了方向。The growth characteristics of sulphate reducing bacteria（SRB） in oil field sewage was introduced, the research progress on SRB detecting techniques was summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of SRB detecting techniques were compared and analyzed. The research provided the advantageous basis to choose the more effective detection method, and pointed out the way to perfect the detecting techniques.
