摘 要:分别采用加压提取法和加热回流提取法对9味中药饮片中的皂苷类物质进行提取,并通过高效液相色谱对皂苷类物质进行含量测定。结果表明,与加热回流提取法相比,加压提取法所得的皂苷类提取物浸膏量少、有效成分含量高,有效地减少了杂质溶出、提高了提取物纯度,适用于中药饮片中有效成分的提取。The pressurized extraction and the heat-refluxing extraction were applied to extracting saponms from nine traditional Chinese medicines,and the contents of saponins were determinated by HPLC. The results showed that the saponins extracts obtained by pressuried extraction were lower in amount and higher in content than those by heat-refluxing extraction. And the pressurized extraction method effectively reduced the dissolu- tion of impurities,improved the purity of extracts,was suitable for the extraction of effective components in Chinese herbal medicines.
